TELUS emailS: Creating a design system
My team transformed the TELUS Mobility 1:1 communications from a model where each desktop-designed email was created from scratch, to a mobile-first, modular email design system. We developed templates and modules to suit our most common communication needs, and robust design and copy guidelines. We then constantly evolved our system to create more consistency, simplify content, streamline development and optimize branding.
